Jana Skin Care works exclusively by appointments due to high demand. To reserve an appointment please call 571 332 1200 during business hours. Being on time is expected. Late arrivals will result in shorter treatment for full price in order to extend courtesy to sheduled clients for their booked time.

Cancellations

Resheduling and cancellations require 24 horus notice. Please call in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Failure to show up for an appiontment will result in 100% charge for reserved treatment. Please avoid repeated resheduling.


Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and exchanged for different products or credit for service. Any other sales incuding gift certificates and packages are final.

Payment

Jana Skin Care accepts cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. Gratuities are not included in the cost of services or gift certificates, but they are appreciated and could be added to charge cards or checks.
