AppointmentsJana Skin Care works exclusively by appointments due to high demand. To reserve an appointment please call 571 332 1200 during business hours. Being on time is expected. Late arrivals will result in shorter treatment for full price in order to extend courtesy to scheduled clients for their booked time.
CancellationsRescheduling and cancellations require 24 hours notice. Please call in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in 100% charge for reserved treatment. Please avoid repeated rescheduling.
ReturnsUnopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and exchanged for different products or credit for service. Any other sales including gift certificates and packages are final.
PaymentJana Skin Care accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard. Gratuities are not included in the cost of services or gift certificates, but they are appreciated and could be added to charge cards or checks.
